Museum and Library,
Market Harborough

Market Harborough's council offices are located in a striking converted corset factory. As part of a rationalisation programme, the first floor of the Symington Building was given over to a new museum and public library.

Objectives created complementary learning environments using museum-style interactives and display techniques in both the library and museum areas. Local history artefacts, archive images and interpretation straddle both, delivering engaging learning experiences through books, IT, artefacts and interactive displays.
